There are four different tiered ranks within Semper Gosu.
Officers
The people holding this rank all have equal power, we do not have a single "Guild Leader".

People who have proven themselves through experience, dedication, and skill are rewarded with this rank. It comes with special benefits such as a guaranteed raid spot, free guild repairs, enchants, and flasks. But it also has higher expectations and members who do not fulfill them can and will be demoted back to Raider status.

Once you have proven you know how to play your class, pick the right spec and gear, and have shown us a lot of effort you will be promoted to a Raider. Raiders have no limitations on spending DKP or obtaining gear, but do not quite have all of the perks of being a Core. By putting forth the maximum amount of effort, being prepared, and showing us how dedicated you are, Raiders can be promoted to Core Raider status.Trials
This is the entry level rank for all new recruits interested in raiding with us. While you are a trial you will have limitations on the amount of DKP you can spend and the gear that you can pick up, but you will continue to earn the same amount of DKP as everyone else, assuming you are present to earn it. Once we are certain you're a valuable asset to the raid group and are in it for the right reasons, you will be promoted to a Raider. There is no time limit for trial status, promotion will only be done at the descretion of the officers.
